These are true firework mortor shells. You place one in a tube at a time, light it and watch it blow up. They were beautiful and went very high into the sky but very monotonous shooting one at a time.

I quit purchasing ball shells years ago, and only purchase canister shells because I like the loud booms and the big breaks. All of the ball shells I’ve ever shot provided neither. I bought these because they were cheap and I was just testing fusing speeds in my canister racks. I cannot believe how loud these things are, they are just as loud as a 4 inch canister shell! They are the largest breaks I’ve ever seen in a ball shell, I will most definitely be buying these again!
