What is the Early Ship Sale? It’s the best time of the year to buy wholesale fireworks, because you can save an extra 10% off our already low wholesale prices, get first pick of the best selection and newest items, and take delivery in plenty of time to prep your 4th of July show!
Early Ship Sale Dates for 2025: January 31 – February 28
This year’s Early Ship Sale will start on January 31 instead of our normal start date of February 1. Why? Because February 1 is a Saturday, and we want to make sure our team is in the office and available to answer calls and emails during that first rush of orders at the start of the sale. Plus, we know so many of you are already anxious to place orders and it saves you from waiting that extra day!
Here’s everything you need to know and what you can look forward to starting January 31:
Save an Extra 10% Sitewide*
As always, this sale is a big deal because you get an extra 10% discount that stacks on top of existing volume discounts. This can quickly add up to 25% off*:

Get the Best Selection
Be first in line January 31 to choose all your favorite fireworks, including first pick of what’s new! We’re starting 2025 with incredible selection, with over 90% of our product catalog available in-stock or as pre-order.
This year, we’re only offering pre-order for items that at the very least have already been manufactured, passed testing, and booked for shipping from China. This all but eliminates the risk of substantial delays and ensures that your wholesale order will be available to ship by the end of April. As always, though, if an unforeseen delay keeps us from shipping your order by then, it won’t impact your 10% Early Ship Sale discount.
Right now, any items marked as “Coming in January” on our website will be available for pre-order starting January 31. If you want, you can press the heart button to save it to a wish list, then add it to your cart once it’s available.
If your order includes pre-order items, you’ll see an estimate of when we expect each product to arrive and an overall date when we expect your order to be ready to ship. You’ll see this information in your shopping cart while you’re putting your order together, plus we’ll include it in your confirmation email. Once your order is placed, our system reserves your inventory, so you’re locked in.
That initial estimated shipping date will adjust as inbound shipments get closer, but that is normal. Since all pre-order items are either already in-transit or are scheduled to ship from our China warehouse shortly, those shipping estimates should be accurate within a couple of weeks. We’ll be in touch along the way, though.
Order Early, Ship Early
To take advantage of the sale, all you have to do is order from January 31 to February 28 and have it shipped when it’s ready! After all, it’s an Early Ship Sale, so the idea is that it ships, well… early.
We get questions about this every year, so we want to be completely transparent and set expectations in advance. The reason we offer this extra 10% discount is to help front-load shipments for the 4th of July as much as possible early in the spring. This frees up warehousing and shipping capacity during the peak season in May and June, and helps us keep overall pricing lower by using operational resources more efficiently.
Based on high on-hand inventory levels and currently scheduled arrival dates for pre-order items, it’s likely many Early Ship orders will ship in February and March this year.
When we receive your order, our team will reach out to collect a 50% down payment and provide a shipping estimate. Once it’s ready to go, we’ll reach out again to collect final payment and schedule a shipping date.
If you aren’t able to take delivery of your order by the end of April, please let us know as soon as possible. We will not be able to extend the extra 10% discount, but we can still hold your order and keep your inventory reserved until a later shipping date if needed.
A Note about Tariffs in 2025
We have received many questions about how tariffs will impact fireworks pricing this year, and our team is keeping a close eye on this issue. No one knows exactly what will be implemented yet, but President Trump is currently proposing an additional 10% tariff on all goods imported from China, which could be different from the category-based approach in 2018 and 2019 that excluded fireworks.
If implemented, this would impact the cost of fireworks arriving after that point, which will have to be factored into pricing. This only applies to inventory imported after the tariff takes effect, so the first items impacted will be those in pre-order status. However, we will not change the price on orders that have already been placed.
