So much has happened in the world since we last updated you about fireworks production delays affecting the industry this season, but we have good news for you. Check out this update from Matt, along with a brief summary below.
Fireworks Production Is Back Online
Factories have ramped back up to full speed and production is running ahead of schedule for April. This has allowed us to load more containers in the past week than we have since Chinese New Year. This means we have a lot of inbound inventory that is scheduled to arrive starting mid-May all the way through the 4th of July, and we’ve started updating our website with expected arrival dates.
We Have Inventory Available
Currently, our warehouses here and in China are well-stocked and we have plenty of inventory available. We have heard concern and speculation about shortages or price increases this season but that’s not going to be a problem here. And beyond simply not increasing prices, our 5% Early Ship Sale is still running for orders placed and shipped before the end of April, so don’t miss your last chance to save on your wholesale order before the 4th!
We’re Still Open and Shipping
In this time of uncertainty due to COVID-19, we have received a lot of questions about whether we’re still open and shipping orders. The answer is yes. We have taken some measures to ensure the safety of our team at our facility and implemented some remote work where possible, but we are still fully operational and shipping orders every day. Our customer service team is available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday if you need us.
